300ok Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 300ok ("300ok", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 300ok website, mobile web platform, and all associated services including but not limited to online casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and payment processing. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on 300ok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 300ok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You hold only one 300ok account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the mobile number or device used to register them.

300ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account operation, including during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation. Account information must be kept up to date; players are responsible for notifying 300ok of any material change to their registration details.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 300ok platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account.
• Deposits and withdrawals are accepted only through the authorised payment methods listed on the 300ok platform at the time of the transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (mobile wallet) that is registered in the same name as the 300ok account. Third-party payments are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to the wagering requirement specified for each individual promotion before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 300ok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited at 300ok's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or devices.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems of any kind to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or bonus system.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or exploit any bonus promotion.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other account process.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with any technical system, game engine, or security mechanism on the 300ok platform.

300ok monitors accounts and betting activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 300ok may immediately suspend the account, freeze pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal investigation. Players under investigation will be notified by email or via the contact details registered on their account and will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

Account Suspension and Termination

300ok may suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, ineligibility, or fraudulent activity.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under 300ok's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• 300ok is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon termination for breach, any balance held in a suspended or terminated account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in its entirety where the breach involves fraud, prohibited conduct, or violation of these Terms. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, game assets, graphics, text, data, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the 300ok platform are the exclusive property of 300ok or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No user may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 300ok platform content without prior express written permission from 300ok.

The 300ok name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 300ok. Unauthorised use of 300ok's trademarks in any context — including social media, advertising, or digital communications — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 300ok, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 300ok platform, including any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, whether or not 300ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

300ok does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party network issues, and events beyond 300ok's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 300ok will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.
